Opening documents

I really like Google Classroom for the most part, but it is very frustrating that you have to send documents to Google Drive before you can open them in another app. The process is redundant and repetitive, and the app would be much better if you could open documents straight from classroom into other apps (Ex. Notability, Pages, etc.)
